  Pepe Torres is on a mission to inspire, nurture and shine the spotlight on world-class marketing and advertising talent from the Philippines.    He started his brand-building journey with P&G in Singapore taking on a diverse range of brand management roles from Safeguard Philippines to Global SK-II. In his last stint as head of P&G Philippines Haircare he oversaw a diverse range of brand initiatives from Rejoice’s memorable “Haba Ng Hair” earworm to Pantene’s award-winning “Labels Against Women” campaign which was rolled out globally.   Pepe then moved to Airbnb where he took on marketing and leadership roles for Asia Pacific and oversaw “Airbnb x G-Dragon” - the biggest and most successful experiential marketing campaign for Airbnb at the time globally. He recently moved back to the Philippines and joined BDO Unibank as Vice President of Strategic Marketing with the challenge of defining and driving what it takes for BDO to continue to be the number one bank for the next generation of Filipinos.
