Having co-founded the company with his brother in 1998, Wayne is regarded as one of the industry's most respected and experienced practitioners. He has successfully helped guide businesses through the digital transformation journey for an enviable client list including Apple, AstraZeneca, Diageo, Johnson and Johnson, MINI, Western Union and Unilever.
Wayne has expanded the MullenLowe Profero client base by carefully positioning the business as the only truly global digital agency of its kind, covering each of the media, creative and technology disciplines, with offices across 20+ cities in US, Europe and Asia.
In 2010 he assumed the role of Global CEO and moved to Singapore in 2013 to lead the business from Asia, another first for an agency of its kind.
Wayne was the chairperson of the Marketing Society South East Asia 2014–2016 and was voted as the UK's “Most Influential Digital Briton” in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
His other accolades include being recognized as one of the top 100 most influential people for the Y generation across any industry sector, and being inducted into the BIMA Hall of Fame. He is also the creator, writer and presenter of the “Man About Asia” series.
